Secular Indian media reporting

See how The Hindu reports news

Militants kill 22 people in Doda

There is no mention anywhere in the "THE HINDU" news story that the 22 people were hindus. Isnt that something to report ? Isnt that report-worthy ? All other major newspapers have correctly reported the fact that 22 hindus were massacred – except the Hindu.

Do you still patronize this newspaper ?

acc to press council of india there are certain code of ethics which need be followed by all newspapers in india.

no newspaper shud incite violnence among communities by mentionning names of community.
hindu adheres to these code of ethics while others failed to fo so.

It is in the first line of the print edition: See

“DODA/UDHAMPUR/New Delhi: At least 35 Hindu villagers were killed in two separate communal terror strikes in the districts of Doda and Udhampur, northeast of the city of Jammu, in the worst single night of violence since 2000.”

May be it got missed out in the online edition because it was updated immediately after the strike.
