Is anyone interested in purchasing real estate at low prices ?

We have red-soil and other lands available starting from the unbelievably low price of only Rs 2,800 per ground (2400 sq ft or a 60×40 site). This translates to about Re 1.20 per square foot. No, that is not a typo. You get a ground of land for only Rs 2,800 (the cost of filling up diesel in your van).

Also bulk quantities available at Rs 30,000 to Rs 80,000 per acre (18 grounds).  For lands with water facility the costs goes up to Rs 90,000 per acre (still a great deal).

This is not a scam. All legal documents are taken care of and approved by the government. After the sale, your titles will be clean and guaranteed.

The lands are situated around Tuticorin (port on the Bay of Bengal) at Sattankulam, Naduvakurichi, Kulasekarapattinam (famous temple town) and other villages. Lands are also available for dirt cheap rates near the temple town of Tiruchendur.

Hurry up while these prices last !

The lands are getting sold fast !!

Home improvement loans are home loans used to finance improvements on your house or property. This can include repairs, a new kitchen, a new bathroom, an extension or general property improvements. Before considering the loan options you should have a detailed plan for the home improvement you intend to carry out. In this plan you should include both the calculated and estimated costs for the improvements, but also the value improvements you are expecting. Typically home improvement loans are given against your first mortgage by your current lender.

  3. ‘ The big difference between 1999 and 2007 was that the record auction sales in 1999 was dominated by mortgagee sales as valuations had fallen a fair bit from the high in 1996 and this drew buyers. Whereas this year, auction sales were predominantly by property owners themselves who took advantage of the auction method to extract the best price, after two years of steep price appreciation,’ observes Colliers’ deputy managing director and auctioneer Grace Ng.

Interesting article/blog on Walla Walla! I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker First Realtors in Walla Walla. I love dirt! The Powerline Road property is sold…Bunchgrass just off Hwy 12 is still available!!! Now, with the new highway project underway this is one of the best dirt investments going! Cluster zoned to save farm land an investor can build 7 homes that are backed up to Mill Creek River. Lot’s of wildlife including a local celebrity moose and calf that come back every winter!

Would love to chat more as your blog site is great!

Thanks and happy real estate investing in 2009!!
