A dummy looks at the core of the Acrepolis- A Plot Hijacked scam.

Recently a well known blogger tweeted this :
Disagree with the notion that India can’t have X because X is complicated and India is corrupt.
I think this tweet can serve as a good litmus test to locate which side of the fence you are on. If you agree to the above in principle – then you stand a chance of being convinced about the safeguards.
I vehemently disagree with the above tweet.
Let me explain :
First the minor points
- The X is not just complicated – but potentially deadly
- The complicated nature of X implies even more political energy needs to be spent on X
For me the biggest one is embarrassingly unintellectual
- A gross compromise of X will not result in any electoral punishment. So the required energy will not be spent by politicians , by extension the state on X
Foreign readers may find this bizarre and may not relate to this at all. Yes, I am saying that even an accident traced to gross negligence with or without corruption in any aspect, from commissioning to maintaining will have little impact at the polls. Big ticket items like this are not voted upon.
In short :
If India wants advanced and dangerous X, then a pre-requisite must be a 35% increase in free agent population.
Sorry, no workaround available at this time for this.
