Stalin anecdote about spiting Brahmins sends Dravidian crowd into rapture

Posted in Uncategorized by realitycheck on January 18, 2023

Tamilnadu Chief Minister Mr MK Stalin presses all the right buttons while narrating how his father Mr M. Karunanidhi ‘toyed’ with Tamil Brahmin community in his Gopalapuram locality.

The minute he says “they were once a majority (in Gopalapuram) .. not today” — this sends the massive Dravidian crowd into ecstatic rapture. If all one took away from the otherwise insipid and contentless speech – it would be this anecdote.

Have you ever seen anything so sweet like this in the world? In the 21st century?

Watch from 14:47

As if to prove me right Dravidian accounts share this content

I have always maintained Dravidian-ism shorn of its anti-Tamil-Brahmin hate speech is nothing but platitudes shouted with great noise. The speech was 30 mins long – but you can see the Dravidian accounts erupt in criminal passion only over this clip. This proves me right again and again.

See this #D cutie marked erupt with joy 🙂

Is there a silver lining?

Yes. I am chronicling every single one of these. Hence finding such content is a win for me. Brings a smile to my face. I urge others to do this too. Turn the spite into a win. SEARCH for such content and build your private chronicle.

But for ‘udanpirappu’s claps and whistles as if something was achieved, I don’t find it especially anti-brahmin even though B obsession is there. Typical of DMK/ MKS family , ஒருகால் இந்தப் பக்கம், இன்னொரு கால் அந்தப்பக்கம் . OTOH deliberately try to hide the temple, OTOH give it a spin as making people want to go inside the temple to pray instead of standing at a distance . Some of my own relative family used to there close to that place, now distributed around south Madras. Main reason – the house/land prices have through the roof . Only politicians with ill-gotten wealth can live there. He also admits brahmin doctor factually without any hangups.

Notice the audience reaction to ‘they were majority.. not any more’ — in that burst of passion, you can see the essence of Dravidian. The rest of the talk is flat and meaningless. I see it in speech after speech, the “money” shot (sorry) is always some canard/incident related to TBrahmins

It is about speaking behind the back about Brahmins as a group in this manner. There are no Brahmins in DMK Arangam. For most normal people it would be extremely uncultured to tease a friend Brahmin or not with a bad faith “stalin had a dream where Lord Krishna..” a type of #D “Lollu” லொள்ளு / குசும்பு — even more so for him to share this incident true or not in front of a roaring nonbrahmin Dravidian-Tamil audience.

yes, obsession abt TBs mostly negative, sometimes neutral is a feature not bog of Dravidian movement. In any other country, this would be looked down as social pathology to be controlled, not in TN

Great ! The initial shock of the scale , venom and obscenity that is the hardest hump to get over. Even for the few dozen who even make it to this level.

Once we recognize the nature we stop negotiating and stop appeasing. Then we are on path of winning. We start hunting for their content and their content creators.
