Exonerate by disenfranchising yourself – Periyar to Tamil Brahmins
Right until this day most Tamil Brahmins wonder what exactly is expected of them to win the acceptance of the Tamil Non Brahmin society. “Dont feel superior” is laughably disingenuous. There is something else up the sleeve.
In what way should a Tamil Brahmin behave in order to win the acceptance of the Tamil Non Brahmins ?
After all the Dravidian parties with their de-facto boycott of the Tamil Brahmins have done all that can be done in a democracy, given that no one can claim a fundamental right to be a member of a political party.
During the 1962 Legislative Elections “Periyar” had the answer. In order to win the love and affection of the Tamil Non Brahmins – they have to voluntarily disenfranchise themselves. (Give up their right to vote)

Except this fake independence Tamil Brahmin community is against every single development initiative. Not only this , in the name of justice, politics, Dharma, religion all the evil things are happening due to Tamil Brahmins. This country has grown to this level in spite of their opposition only. They must not vote for Rajaji, his policies, or for any party he ties up with, or voting for Congress – the opposition, or not for Rajaji, or for his opponent, or for vote for anyone else. By doing these things, Tamil Brahmins cannot get the trust of the common Tamil (non Brahmin). The common people will be suspicious of you.
If, in the future, Tamil Brahmins desire to get the love, respect, and
good will of the other people there is ONLY ONE WAY.Tamil Brahmins must not vote for anybody and stay away from the
electoral process itself. It is time for a litmus test for Tamil Brahmins. Rajaji wont win this elections, his alliance also wont win. Congress (Kamaraj Nadar) will most certainly win and if that happens the anti Tamil Brahmin sentiment will only grow in public.Just because there are a few Brahmins are there in important positions dont think this will be of any benefit to you. There can be some temporary benefit. Due to these Employed, High Court Judges, Secretaries, Collectors the anti Brahmin hatred is in fact growing in society. It is not very smart on Tamil Brahmins to trust them alone. It is also not a good idea to oppose Pandith Nehru. After elections most of the policies will be anti-Brahmins, except a few sellout non-Brahmins most people will support these not you.

So, this is obviously the mind of a racist maniac, but was he just holding a mirror to society? His prediction did come true. Even in 2020, no elite non-Brahmin Tamil except those with BJP affiliation will condemn this. To Tamil Brahmin Friends
I am not anti brahmin based on humanity, I have several Brahmin eminent personalities
as my friends who I like and who like me. Some trust me a lot.
I am only hate them for upholding their superiority and enjoying more than their
population proportion. All children from a single mother womb should get
same treatment. I am like the mother who will feed a weak child extra food
so he can become as strong as the other children.
If Tamil brahmins truly feel they are part of the country and if they
feel all people are chlidren of one mother and if everyone has equal rights
to proportion then there is no need for protest or hatred.
When I was in my prime during my 40s in congress I mixed with
a lot of tamil brahmins and did lot of service. I split from congress
only because I was disgusted by Tamil Brahmins and not due to any
self interest. After that I carried out my service out of Tamil Brahmin
spite but I got no self interest or gains from that. There is no
ulterior motive.
Like me, Rajaji is also devoted to his cause that is against mine.
We have split and moved apart.
For me, I will not be defeated, I will slowly be victorious, But
Rajaji is hasty and going in wrong path. Is it really possible to
refurbish and establish Varnasrama Dharma? Gandhi also said this
and hence when he was killed there was not much protest in Tamilnadu.
If Rajaji had told me about all these things when he pulled me to
Congress, then he would not have got so much fame, power, and money.
Does it not mean he has grown by cheating the people? I did not
grow by cheating or by blurting.
Since I was 10 year old I dont believe in caste or religious rituals.
I dont interfere even in morality related events. Even if I had
desire for money, chattel I would have earned it but I would not
have been dishonest or by cheating anyone. I have no desire to cheat
anyone. Maybe in business I would have lied but in public I wont
speak against my heart.
Such a virtous person like me attack a particular community or be
a betrayer? I only want western values in our country.I rightly or
wrongly believe Tamil Brahmins are an impediment to this goal.
Should Tamil Brahmins not have proved to me that they are not like this?
If Tamil Brahmins support me I would have progressed this country a lot.

4. இப்போது பழ கருப்பையா, சுபவீ, மதிமாறன் போன்றவர்கள் நம்மைத் தனிமைப்படுத்தி ஒடுக்குவதற்காக ” நீங்க வேறு, நாங்கள் வேறு” என்கிற எண்ணத்தைத் தமிழர்கள் மத்தியில் பரவி இருக்கிறார்கள் . இதற்குப் பதில் – “செரி உங்கள் தமிழ் வேறு , எங்கள் தமிழ் வேறு” என்று திருப்பி அடிக்கும் கெத்து நமக்கு வேண்டும்.
இவர்களோடு சேருவதில் யாருக்கு என்ன பயன் இருக்க முடியும்?
இரண்டு குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் :
1. பார்ப்பனர்கள் உங்களை (திராவிடர்களை) ஒட்டுண்ணி போல உறிஞ்சிக் கொழுத்தது தமிழ்மண் வரலாறு
2. உங்களை ‘வேசி மவன்’ என்று அவர்கள் நினைப்பது போதாமல் சட்டத்தில் இதனை எழுதி வைத்திருக்கிறார்கள்.
தனித்தனியாகப் பகுத்துப் பார்க்க வேண்டும்.
கு-சாற்று 1: உணர்ச்சிகள் சார்ந்த இக்கூற்றை ஆராயப் பகுத்தறிவு தேவை. ஒட்டுண்ணி கொழுத்திருக்கிறது ” என்றால் என்ன பொருள் ? அறிகுறைகள் என்னென்ன ? பணத்தாலயா, நிலத்தாலயா, நிலம் சார்ந்த ஆதிக்கத்தாலயா? இதைப் பற்றி ஆழமாக வேறொரு முறை பேசலாம்.
கு 2: நீங்கக் கொந்தளித்தாலும் சேரி. ‘தமிழன்=சூத்திரன்=பாப்பானுக்கெல்லாம் வைப்பாள் மவன்” இக்கூச்சலை பெரியார் ஈவேரா மேடைக்கு மேடை சொல்லவில்லையா ? மறுப்பீர்களா ? இப்போது இதை மற்றும் ஆராய்வோம்..

Sir, please discuss the following topic sometime. The constitution should be amended to make marriages under Muslim Personal Law valid only if the couple are both born in Muslim families. If one of them is not, UCC should be the only option. I am being pragmatic and not asking for repeal of Muslim Personal Law right away.

If a Hindu woman enters into a matrimonial with a Muslim man without converting to Islam beforehand, the marriage would neither be “regular” nor “valid”, under the existing laws. While the wife in such a case will be entitled to dower (mehr), she cannot inherit her husband’s property, the Supreme Court (SC) has ruled.
“The legal effect of a fasid marriage is that in case of consummation, though the wife is entitled to get dower, she is not entitled to inherit the properties of the husband. However, the child born in that marriage is legitimate just like in the case of a valid marriage and is entitled to inherit the property of the father,” the SC said.
“The marriage of a Muslim man with an idolater (Hindu) or fire worshipper (Zoroastrians) is neither valid nor void, but is merely an irregular marriage … the legal effect of this is that though the wife is entitled to get dower (mehr), she is not entitled to inherit the properties of the husband, in case of consummation of the marriage. The child born out of that marriage is legitimate, as is in the case of a valid marriage, and is entitled to inherit the property of the father,” the SC ruled.
Mehr is the gift a Muslim husband promises to pay his bride at the time of marriage. There are no fixed rules on the Mehr amount, and it is fixed between the two parties after consultation.
The SC ruled is based on the fact that an irregular marriage is not unlawful in itself.
“A void marriage is one which is unlawful in itself, the prohibition against such a marriage being perpetual and absolute. An invalid marriage is described as one which is not unlawful in itself, but unlawful for something else … (like the absence of witnesses, etc.),” the SC said.

4. இராமாயண ஆபாசம்.. இதை அப்படியே தூக்கிப் போடலாம். நம்பிக்கை சார்ந்தது. நான் கதீஜா .. ஆயிஷா.. பற்றிப் பேசினால் மட்டுமே ஆசிஃப் அவர்கள் பதிலுக்கு ராமன், சீதையைப் பற்றிப் பேசலாம். உங்கள் கதை என்னவென்று தெரியவில்லை — கருஞ்சட்டை நாத்திகனாக இருப்பில் உங்களுக்கும் இதே விதிமுறை தான்.
பொறுமையாகக் கலந்து பேசி பதில் அளிக்கவும்.

1. நாசி பலம் மளமளவென்றுப் பெருகிவரும் காலத்தில் ‘டேய் நம்ம பார்ப்பனர்கள் ஒருவேளை யூதர்களாக இருப்பார்களோ ..பார்த்து சொல்லுங்கடா ..”என்று ஒரு நீண்ட கட்டுரை எழுதிவிட்டு — ‘ஆராயவேண்டும்’ “opinions not mine’ போல துறவுரை ஒன்றைக் கடைசியில் ஒட்டிவிட முடியாது. ஒரு தலைவர் இலட்சணமா இது?
2. யாரோ AEPowell .. எழுதினால் உங்கள் தலைவர் அதைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ள வேண்டிய அவசியமென்ன ? ஆயினும் உங்கள் அய்யா அவர்களே AEPowell ஆராய்ச்சியை மேற்கோள் காட்டவில்லையே. இது நீங்கள் இப்போது முட்டுக்கொடுப்பது. அப்படி மேற்கோள் காட்டினாலும் அது “யூதர்கள் ஆரியர்களா” என்பதை விளக்குமே ஒழிய ‘தமிழ்ப்பார்ப்பனர் — ஆரியர்களா’ என்பதை அல்ல.
3. அடுத்து வருவது இன்னும் பிரமாதம் — ஆசீஃப் அவர்கள் 1962ல் விடுதலை இதழில் வெளிவந்த கட்டுரையின் முன் பகுதியை மட்டும் காட்டியிருக்கிறார். அப்பகுதி பின்னால் வரும் மிகப் பயங்கரமான தாக்குதலுக்கு ஒரு பீடிகை போடுவது போல அமைந்திருக்கும். முழு கட்டுரையில் அப்படி என்ன சொன்னார் — மிக வெறித்தனமான மிரட்டல். கேட்கத் தயாரா?
வரும் 1962 தேர்தலில் பார்ப்பன சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த எவரும் வாக்கு அளிக்கக்கூடாது ! வாக்குச் சாவடி பக்கமே போகக் கூடாது.. இவ்வாறு தமது வாக்குரிமையைத் துறந்து நின்றால் மட்டுமே பார்ப்பனர்-அல்லாத சாதியினர் பார்ப்பனர்களை நம்புவார்கள் என.
இதை ஆசீஃப் சொல்ல மறந்ததை நாம என்ன சொல்லலாம் ? யாரும் விடுதலை எல்லாம் படிக்கப்போவதில்லை என்கிற நம்பிக்கையா? கிட்டதட்ட அதுவும் உண்மைதான் போங்க. இந்த தரப்பிலும் நாலைந்து பேரைத் தவிர எல்லோரும் லிபரல் கோமாளிகளே.. இல்ல முரட்டுத் தற்குறிகள்… இல்ல உங்கள் அடிவருடிகள் ..
